Teresa Judd – Salon Manager
Teresa Judd has been a dedicated hairdresser for over 30 years, known for her creativity, professionalism, and warm connection with clients.
She began her career in Fulham in the mid-1980s, quickly earning a reputation for her precision and flair. In 1994, she moved to Hayes, where she worked in a local salon for 26 years, becoming a trusted figure in the community and a mentor to many.
In 2022, Teresa was part of the team that won Salon of the Year – West London, celebrating her continued excellence in the industry.
In 2025, Teresa and her husband Mark opened Posh Club Hair Salons near the Vinyl Factory in Hayes, continuing her legacy of quality, style, and community spirit.
Susie Roberts – Creative Director
Susie began her journey in the hairdressing industry at just 13 years old and has been a qualified stylist for over 25 years. Passionate about the science behind hair, she thrives on theory and holds certifications with leading brands including L’Oréal and Olaplex.
In 2022, Susie was part of the award-winning team that earned the title Salon of the Year – West London, a testament to her dedication and expertise.
Charlotte Gregory
Charlotte is a confident and passionate stylist who loves welcoming new clients. She’s especially skilled in blow-dries and colour work, consistently delivering stunning results. While she continues to refine her cutting techniques—particularly in advanced styles—her enthusiasm and dedication make her a valued member of the team.
